Samantha Holtkamp is the President of TEXSTAFF. She has been in staffing
4 years primarily in the information technology area. She also sells
software & does project based work.
Heidi Boy is our Vice President and sales representative. Her job
entails working with the Houston Metropolitan Area. She targets
geographic areas to work in order to cultivate new clients out of
the territory. Heidi is a true multi-tasker . While marketing new
accounts, she currently maintains current accounts and client needs
and / or concerns. She assists Randall is filling job orders specific
to clients needs. Heidi, also handles all in-house operations.

Lori
Vreudge, is the general manager of TEXSTAFF. Lori has approximately
8 years of sales experience in the industrial labor field. Her
duties include management of TEXSTAFF’s entire operations.
Lori oversees one sales representative and one staffing coordinator.
It is her responsibility to work primarily with the sales team
and focus on generating new business. Other daily activities include
supervising the internal employees of TEXSTAFF and supervising
the external day laborers onsite at various employers. Lori also
carries out day-to-day plans of overseeing revenue and labor costs.
It is Lori’s responsibility to develop long-range goals,
plans and strategies to grow TEXSTAFF. She needs additional support
required to meet her strategic business goals.

Randall
Trauernicht is the Staffing Coordinator and the Recruiting Manager
of TEXSTAFF. His responsibilities are to match people looking
for work to employer job requests. His daily activities include
overseeing the application process while simultaneously interacting
with the employer to meet their needs of their labor requests.
Randall not only deals with the recruiting aspect of the business,
but handles many internal office situations, such as workmans
comp related issues & injury/accident reports. He also delivers
checks to applicants/employees onsite. He has been in the recruiting
business for six years. Some of his hobbies include: hunting,
fishing, and golf.
