A Client will fill out and submit a TEXSTAFF Agreement from and a Credit Information form.

A TEXSTAFF representative will then call you and set up an initial appointment.

After the initial meeting your H/R representative can call or submit a job order form to the staffing coordinator or sales representative when there is a job opening or openings.

The staffing coordinator handles all job requests from clients.

The manager will place the job order tailored to the client’s specific needs. The staffing coordinator will begin his recruiting process and assign workers to the job request.

Traditional Temporary Help. When you need fill-in personnel in office support or light industrial job categories we can provide qualified personnel on short notice.

Temporary to Direct Hire. When you want to hire a clerical or light industrial worker, call us and we will provide someone prescreened to your specifications who will start as a temporary on our payroll. After a defined period of time you can transfer our employee to your payroll at no charge.

The staffing coordinator will check the client file and verify if drug screen & Harris County background checks are required, skill, bill rate, and location.

We will test and qualify the employee to meet your needs throughout our job specific trainings and orientations.

We assume some employment liability, allowing you more time to focus on your core business. We are responsible for the base pay, all taxes - FICA, FUTA, SUTA and workers compensation insurance while the employee is a temporary.

Payroll Service Plus. If you have selected an employee for a special project, but prefer not to have that person on your payroll, let us place them on our payroll and assume the employer/employee relationship at a reduced service charge.

We're easy to use. Just call and tell us the type and number of people you need, when and where, and we do the rest. We maintain 24-hour telephone monitoring for your emergency situations. You can also place job orders 24 hours a day over the Internet or call (713)956-5922.

Paperwork is kept to a minimum. All you do is authorize our employee completed timecard and pay our weekly invoice. We take care of paychecks, FICA, State and Federal withholding taxes, W2's, workers compensation insurance and unemployment compensation taxes.
