TEXSTAFF is an industrial staffing firm specializing in providing contract labor. TEXSTAFF is a small business with four in house employees and approximately One Hundred contract laborers' onsite at various employer locations.
The industrial staffing business provides employees to perform daily activities at various employer sites for an hourly rate per employee. The employees work for TEXSTAFF on a daily basis and assigned to jobs at customer locations. Industrial work is very labor intensive. Companies utilize TEXSTAFF’s services to provide day laborers, direct hire placement, and contract to hire placements.TEXSTAFF was founded in September 2002 by Samantha Holtkamp & Heidi Boy.
We formed a limited liability corporation and named it HOBOY LLC (Holtkamp/Boy).
We started providing day labor services to approximately 5 clients.
